DeeplyTalented Greenhouse ATS Integration Guide

In order to activate all features of the DeeplyTalented Recruiting Assistant (Detra), we need your help to enhance the integration with your Greenhouse ATS by having a Site Admin on your team completing the following.  This allows Detra to read job postings, candidate applications, and stages directly from your ATS.  This guide is for the person at your company who manages your ATS setup — often someone in recruiting ops or HRIS.

1. Create Greenhouse ATS credentials for Detra (takes 3 mins)

   1. Please add a new user for [email protected] with "Site Admin" level permissions. Please make sure the invitation email is enabled. 

      • Note that if your organization uses a centralized credential management solution (e.g., Okta) to manage access to Greenhouse, then a credential for Detra such as [email protected] will need to be issued as the first step. That credential would then be added as a new user to Greenhouse accordingly.

2. Create DeeplyTalented’s Greenhouse API key (takes 3 mins)

   1. Detra will also require an API key in order to streamline her workflow.  Here are instructions with screenshots for creating a Harvest API key. Please click "Select All" to check off all endpoint permissions. Please send us the API key once generated through any secure method.

3. Add “DeeplyTalented” as a custom source in Greenhouse (takes 2 mins)

   1. Click on Configure > Custom Options > Sources
      
      

2. Click "Create a new Source" > Sourcing Strategy is Prospecting > Name of Source is DeeplyTalented > Click Create Source

4. Add Custom Application Fields for Detra Ratings (takes 3 mins)

   1. Click on Configure > Custom Options > Applications
      
      

2. Click Add field > Field name: Detra Rating > Field type: Single select > Options:

   • Detra Rating - A

   • Detra Rating - B

   • Detra Rating - C

   • Detra Rating - Reject
